That Daily Kos is not in business to report news. Their only function is to slander the Bush Administration, and to them, no lie is to great, or to small.

I don't see any uproar from the left for a child rapist in the East Valley in Phoenix. There have been nearly a dozen child rapes in a year's time and almost as much in attempts....by the same person.
Agreed. I asked a question about that yesterday. The terrorism on our city streets that even al qaeda can't rival.

Daily Kos is a hate site. They write the most vile things about Jewish people too. Even the Huffington Post had an article about them (and they're a liberal site too).

Personally, I'm all for gangsters and drug dealers killing each other off. It's when the innocents get caught in the cross-fire, that's when things are all wrong.

The web site is run by a bunch of left wing liberal loonies. They are not interested in facts, fairness, justice. Their agenda is getting left wing liberals in power.
I read about urban and rural killing everyday, they are not being ignored.

it's one thing to have a problem and quite another to create one on purpose. Isn't it the Executive's reponsibility to protect us not involve us in wider violence? It appears that 10 to 200 dead in Iraq is a bit more sensational than 2 a day here
Here's the thing. It appears that Kos created The Daily Kos specifically in response to the war and other Bush Administration issues. So... hopefully that answers your question about why it posts news of the war and not news of what you want to hear about.
I encourage you to start your own daily bulletin reporting on urban areas. It's great when people take action.
I also encourage you not to put others down for stepping up and speaking out simply because it is not on the subject of YOUR choice.
My guess is they don't want to be at odds with the NRA that will claim it is an attack on the 2nd amendment.

If the “media” reported on inner city problems, it would be brought to light that our drug policies are not working and the “war on drugs” is a failure. We can’t have that!
Well, for one thing, we’re not spending hundreds of billions of dollars on violence in the inner cities. Maybe we need to redirect our efforts and our money.
Because that will only point to local governments and not George Bush.
Because our Urban areas are and have been governed by Democrats for decades. The Daily Kos does a great service by being a sort of giant therapy session for ultra lefties where they can vent and discuss their problems with understanding reality. However the reality is that there are plenty of murders and problems in our own urban areas, but we can't discuss that because it points to failures of the democratic party, who have run those areas for decades.
Because if they do they will be called ';racist'; by the Al Sharpton's of the USA, but by pointing out that evil Bush soldiers are involved where poor innocent terrorists are being killed will just give the liberals votes against Bush. It is all political. None of them, Clinton or Obama, etc. gives a rat's *** about the Iraqis or the inner city youth. It is all about wealth and power.
