you asked -- the war is not legal. The US did not adhere to the UN and went to war anyway. The US has yet to declare war for what ever silly reason.
She doesn't toe the Democratic line anymore and had the gall to actually publicly criticize a Democrat. So now, she is black-balled. Typical.
Probably. I don't go to the Daily Kos, but alot of people who are associated with the Democratic party are upset with her. Many of them have become very very mean spirited about it. I heard that people at Moveon .org was giving her the same treatment. However, I don't frequent either sites at all, so I really don't know. I think john_mcd_77 is right about what he said.

She was banned? How shameful. That's why she's so sick of BOTH parties. They are all bought and paid for by the corporations. They don't care about the troops in Iraq, the dead soldiers and grieving families, or anyone but themselves and whatever they're paid to care about.

She was banned because she's an emotional wreck that needs to realize that the President lives at the White House so camping at his Texas ranch won't do anything. Especially after she already talked to him at the White House, said he was great, and then changed her mind.

Nope! She is going to become an opponent to the Dim leader in the House, Nancy Pelosi (D-CA). Since Nancy is a schill for the Kos, the Kos did her a favor and dumped poor Nancy.

Cindy Sheehan was used by the libs as a media whore, and was doing fine, until she expected results from the symbolic congress. Since then, Cindy has not futher use, and was kicked to the curb. Possibly the only thing the libs will ever do that I agree with.
